Worship is more than a song or music, although many times in Scripture we see the two interconnected. We like to present it this way: Worship is a posture of the heart and praise is the demonstration of that posture. We see worship looking like oil poured out on Jesus' feet in John 12, singing new songs in Revelation 5, the giving of our finances to God in Matthew 6, and the laying down of our own lives and bodies in Romans 12.
